I appreciated the room, the bed was very comfy. Location: the hotel was close to bars and restaurants and the bus station and pedestrian street. I found there good choice of restaurants to eat, like Pizzeria el Charrua that is only 10 minutes' walk away...

Fairly clean hotel in an amazing building near to the center of San Pedro and Puritama and bars and restaurants. Brand-new room with good bathroom and hypo-allergenic pillows. The view from the window to garden. Affable amicable stuff, unbeatable location in the middle of jackson. Easy walk to Quebrada de Jerez.

Great location, close to main square and bus station. Clean rooms, maintained well by friendly owners. Relaxing patio and friendly dogs. Hot drinking water provided upon request. Accidentally left iPad and they went above and beyond to return it. Extremely grateful.

The room at Hostal Puritama was cozy with a private entrance, cable TV, and a minibar. It felt like a home away from home, perfect for a business traveler like me.
The shared kitchen facilities were not my cup of tea, but others may still find them convenient.

We had a blast exploring the stunning landscapes of San Pedro de Atacama. We hit up the incredible Valle de la Luna to catch a breathtaking sunset and then hiked to the surreal Tatio Geysers the next morning. The hostel also offered bike hire, so we rented some bikes and had a thrilling ride through the desert. So much fun!
The only thing that could have made our stay even more awesome would have been a lively disco night at the hostel. It would have been great to have a party atmosphere where we could dance and let loose with other young travelers.
